Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded. A clear statement, for example an email, is sufficient. You may use the model withdrawal form printed below, but it is not mandatory. Sending the notification in time is enough to meet the deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal we refund all payments received without undue delay, at the latest within fourteen days, using the same means of payment.

Early expiry

If you requested the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you pay a reasonable amount for the services already provided (§ 357a BGB). The right of withdrawal expires once we have fully provided the service and you expressly agreed beforehand and confirmed your knowledge of that expiry (§ 356 (4) BGB).
