Questions about plans
How long am I tied in?
You are not: every plan can be cancelled at any time. The period you already paid for runs out normally, after that nothing renews.
Can I change my plan?
An upgrade takes effect immediately, a downgrade at the end of the current period.
What happens when a paid period ends?
Your account falls back to Free: devices above the Free limit are deactivated, not deleted, and the history is shortened to the Free level.
How can I pay?
Payments run through Stripe – credit card, SEPA direct debit and the common wallets. You manage your invoices and payment method yourself in the dashboard at any time.
